以台灣風味為品牌核心，從經典刈包到帶有夜市靈感的料理。這次我們帶著全新概念 BAO Fast Food (BFF)，專注做好兩樣東西：台式炸雞與牛肉麵，回到品牌的初衷— 台灣。邀請最了解台灣味道與節奏的你，一起加入這次的快閃計畫。

【職務內容】

你會是BFF外場的第一線，負責迎接客人、點餐與維持現場順暢。菜單很精簡，但服務的節奏、溫度與細節一樣重要。

【工作內容】

• 迎接客人、點餐、結帳，確保準確服務
• 和廚房清楚溝通點單與調整需求
• 飲品製作與出餐
• 交付外帶餐點
• 維持外場整潔（櫃台、桌面、飲料區）
• 收班整理：結帳、補貨、整理現場

【條件需求】
• 喜歡和人互動
• 在快節奏環境中保持穩定
• 以清晰及友善方式與客人及團隊溝通
• 主動積極，能獨自作業
• 具中文能力，基本英文尤佳
• 團隊合作精神佳，能與團隊配合完成工作

Job Description: BAO Fast Foods Front of House Team Member ($350/hr)

We’re coming back to Taipei — and we’d love you to be part of it.

BAO is bringing a new concept to life — BAO Fast Food (BFF). Before our first permanent site opens in Singapore (Q1 2027), we’re heading back to Taiwan. Our identity, flavours, and DNA all trace back here. So it felt right that the people we want with us for this moment are the ones who already know what BAO means. You.

【The Role】
You'll be the face of BFF during service — welcoming guests, taking orders, and keeping the floor running smoothly. The menu is tight, but the standards for warmth, pace, and care are the same.

【What You’ll Do】
• Welcoming guests with warmth and energy — you set the tone the moment they walk in
• Taking orders accurately and processing payments quickly
• Relaying tickets to the kitchen clearly; communicating any modifications or timing pressure
• Making and serving drinks
• Handing off takeaways with care — finishing the interaction well
• Keeping the front spotless: counters, tables, drinks station — pride in the small details
• Closing duties: cash-up, restock, and resetting the floor for the next service

【Who We’re Looking For】
• People who genuinely enjoy looking after others
• Quick and calm when it gets busy — you read the room and pick up the pace
• A clear, friendly communicator with both guests and the kitchen
• Comfortable taking initiative — you spot the thing that needs doing and do it
• Mandarin with simple conversational English would be great
• Team-first mindset — service only works if we're all moving together
