【 職務內容 】

於廚房與團隊合作，專注於極簡菜單（牛肉麵 & 炸雞），確保高效率出餐與穩定品質。

【 工作內容 】

• 食材備料與工作站準備

• 炸雞＆牛肉麵的製作與出餐

• 工作期間維持廚房整潔與衛生

• 收班清潔與工作站整理

• 確保食品安全與作業流程符合標準

• 與團隊協作，於服務時段高效運作

【 條件需求 】

• 具廚房或相關工作經驗尤佳

• 能適應高出餐量與快節奏環境

• 可依標準食譜與流程穩定執行

• 具責任感、準時且重視團隊合作

• 可中文溝通，具基本英文能力者佳

Job Description: BAO Fast Food Kitchen Member ($350/hr )

BAO is a London-based restaurant group rooted in Taiwanese flavours — from our original steamed bao to the late-night energy of Taiwanese street food. This June, we're coming home. We're taking up residency in Taipei to launch BAO Fast Food (BFF) — our new concept built around two things done properly: Taiwanese fried chicken and beef noodle soup. Simple, deliberate, and cooked with care.

【The Role】
You'll be working with us behind the pass on a deliberately tight menu — two dishes, executed consistently, every service.

【What You’ll Do】
• Food prep and station setup
• Frying chicken to spec
• Preparing and executing beef noodle soup
• General kitchen cleaning throughout shifts
• End-of-night station breakdown and cleanup
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Working efficiently with a small team during service

【Who We’re Looking For】
• Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Comfortable with high-volume service
• Able to follow recipes and standards consistently
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Mandarin and English communication helpful
