1. To assist in managing Marketplace stores to meet growth and profitability targets
2. To perform customer services, including replying customers' queries, after-sales services
3. To assist in managing product listings, pricing and competitive offerings analysis
4. Work within the team and across different functions/departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction.
5. Perform market research to collect data from our competitors, analysis the data & make suggestion; research on key opinion leader in different media channels, contact and invite them for product testing.
