月薪$40,000-$45,000 依學經歷核薪
工作地點:台北內湖
Managing Front Desk/Lobby Operations :
• handling mail and parcel receipt, distribution, and dispatch
• greeting and assisting visitors
• preparing meeting rooms and ensuring refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.)
Routine Administrative Tasks :
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of departmental / CDTT meeting or
events : meeting room preparation and ensuring refreshments (tea, coffee,
beverages, meal boxes etc.), event photo taking
• Maintain and update administrative files and records systematically
• Manage and order office/lab supplies
• BSR support : submit ticket to GSM sharepoint for vendor quote review, PR
submission in SAP system, maintain PR summary list and track vendor
payment request process
• Be flexible to assist with a variety of administrative tasks
Facility operation/EHS Support :
• Escort vendors/building officer on office/lab facilities regular maintenance &
waste clean-up work
• Co-work with Office Manager/TC Security Team to update badge access
record
• Update EHS environmental scorecard record
